Privacy Policy

Presso is operated by Pandoratech ("we", "us"), head office in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL").

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us by phone, WhatsApp or email (name, business name, contact number, email) to arrange demos and provide the service.
  • Service data processed in Presso POS on behalf of your business: your customers, orders, prices, payments and delivery details. You are the controller of this data; we process it only to provide the service.
  • Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use data

  • To provide, secure and improve the service you asked for.
  • To respond to demo requests and support queries.
  • To meet UAE legal obligations (including FTA record-keeping where applicable).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.

Where data lives

Presso is hosted on infrastructure we operate for UAE customers. Backups are encrypted. Where a sub-processor outside the UAE is used, we apply PDPL-appropriate safeguards.

Your rights under PDPL

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep service data for as long as your subscription is active, and thereafter only as required by UAE law (e.g. 5-year FTA record retention for tax invoices).
