No. All plans are month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel anytime — your data stays exportable.
Do prices include VAT?
Listed prices exclude 5% UAE VAT. Your subscription invoice from Pandoratech includes a compliant tax invoice with TRN.
Can I start on one branch and add more later?
Yes — that is the most common path. Start with Starter or Business on one branch, then enable multi-branch on Enterprise when you open the next location. All history carries over.
What does onboarding include?
We import your services & price list, set up your TRN and receipt branding, configure WhatsApp templates in English and Arabic, and train your counter staff — typically live within a week.
