Why we built Presso
We spent years implementing business software across the Emirates and kept meeting the same laundry owners: brilliant operators held together by paper tickets, personal WhatsApp numbers and a cashbox. The global tools they tried were built for American laundromats — no Arabic, no FTA tax invoices, no kandura on the catalog, support asleep during Gulf business hours.
Presso is our answer: a POS that treats Arabic as a first-class citizen, prints a compliant UAE tax invoice by default, knows what a bisht costs to press, and is answered by humans in your timezone.

What “built for the Gulf” actually means
Arabic is not a translation
The whole interface mirrors right-to-left — layout, numbers, receipts and notifications. Staff pick their language per login.
Compliance is the default
TRN on receipts, sequential invoice numbers, 5% VAT in AED, credit notes — and GCC rates for KSA, Bahrain and Oman when you expand.
