The delivery board is the control tower for the day. Every scheduled pickup and drop-off sits in its slot with a driver assigned, and the run moves from scheduled to picked up, out for delivery and delivered as the day unfolds. When the bags are handed over, proof of delivery is captured on the spot — so “where is my order?” never turns into a phone argument.

Your drivers already carry the delivery app
Presso runs in the browser, so there is no app to install and nothing to keep updated. The counter team works on a PC or tablet; each driver opens the day’s run on their own phone, taps through the stops, updates statuses and collects payment or proof as they go.

Minimum-order free delivery
Free pickup and delivery is the UAE norm, usually above a minimum order of AED 30–100. Set your threshold once; Presso waives the fee above it and adds it below it — automatically, on every ticket.
Driver COD reconciliation
Cash on delivery is still standard on laundry routes. Presso keeps a per-driver COD ledger, records how each delivered order was paid, and totals every driver’s cash at shift end — no end-of-month surprises.
Customer live status
Customers follow received, cleaning, ready, out for delivery and delivered without calling the shop. Updates go out on WhatsApp first, SMS as fallback, in the customer’s own language — English or Arabic.
Zones & fees
Define the areas you serve and what delivery costs in each. Keep nearby zones free above the minimum, charge a fair fee for the far ones, and let the rules apply themselves at the counter.
Rewash handling
A garment that needs another cycle goes straight back into cleaning with its full history attached — same ticket, no re-entering items, and the customer stays informed until it is right.
